 + -1 moreCAME BACK TWICE AND EACH TIME DID NOT HAVE PROPER PARTS TO COMPLETE SYSTEM; INCLUDING CONTACTS ON WINDOWS, GLASS BREAKING PANELS, AND FIRE ALARM. CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND WAS SCHEDULED FOR A TUESDAY APPOINT AND NEVER SHOWED. EACH TRIP TO THE HOME TECH HAS BEEN EXTREMELY LATE AND SAYS HE IS COMING IN THE EARLY MORNING AND SHOW UP IN THE AFTERNOON. I PAID THE COMPANY IN FULL.
Description of Work: CONTACTED COMPANY TO INSTALL A NEW HOME ALARM SYSTEM. AT THE TIME COMPANY COULD NOT COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION, BECAUSE THE PHONE LINE WAS WORKING. THIS WAS ON A FRIDAY AND FOLLOW UP WITH COMPLETION WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
