Elite Pro Painting

Overall, things went very, very well. Elite Pro Painting earned a solid four stars. If it weren't for some of the small details, the rating would have been five stars for sure. Regardless, we highly recommend Elite Pro Painting and following were the pros and cons we experienced. PROS First, our sales manager, Joel Sackett, was amazing to work with. He provided exceptional customer service from picking our colors, to walking us through the process, to scheduling the job. Definitely ask for Joel when planning your project. Second, Fermin and the paint crew were prompt, courteous and professional. Most importantly, they moved quickly, stayed safe (no injuries) and took good care of our property. We truly appreciated the care the crew took in not getting paint on the brick, walkways and shingles. Third, highly competitive pricing. We secured several estimates for this project and while not the lowest, Elite Pro was willing to negotiate a price we could both agree with. Fourth, Elite Pro's culture of giving back and supporting the local community was a deciding factor. More companies should be as active in the community as Elite Pro. CONS Windows. While the crew did a great job taping around the windows so as not to get paint on the brick, they did not cover the windows to prevent overspray from getting on the glass. Although it took me an entire weekend to clean the windows, it was nothing that some Goof-off, Windex and elbow grease couldn't handle. I just wish this could have been avoid from the start. Windows. The crew was also inconsistent in re-caulking and painting the caulk around the windows. The nice thing was that this was pointed out during the final walk-through and the crew came back the next day and fixed everything. Hardware. The crew did a great job painting the front and back doors. Rather than paint around the hardware, it would have been nice if they had removed the hardware and then painted the doors.
