Ryann quoted us a very reasonable price for the scalloped wine rack, crown molding, and filler. Aaron came out and measured the kitchen just to make sure we were ordering the right pieces. Ordering was easy. We did have a scheduling issue; the installers weren't able to pick up the rack and molding for our early morning install because the shop was closed that morning, so the install had to be rescheduled for that afternoon. Upon arrival we discovered that Merillat sent the wrong stained filler; however, the installer was able to send a picture and Merillat quickly sent the correct piece. The install was able to continue two weeks later and my kitchen now looks complete.
I was so pleased with the work, I've passed their info on to my neighbor and am also considering some laundry room cabinets for myself.

She was so patient and helpful with my decision making. She offered great suggestions and ideas to make my kitchen fit my needs best. She wasn't pushy at all, but let me take my time to decide what I felt would work best, and then she did her best to make it work. She stayed on schedule and was always available if I had questions or concerns. A kitchen remodel is a major undertaking, but she did her best to make it as painless as possible. The quality of our cabinets (Shiloh) are top notch. The installation went very smoothly. I really don't have any complaints. I am just glad I chose Concepts for this job.

They did a perfect job. They were really super to work with. I had a couple of bids and they were by far the least expensive ones for the same job. The girl who did the design was really wonderful to work with. I would use them again in the future if need be.

They did a really good job of fabricating the countertops. They came out when they said they were going to. The guy who installed them was really professional and did a good job. We would definitely hire them again.
