Actually, CLIPZ does much more than Lawn and Yard Work, they do full landscaping too, but I did not use that service yet. I was very impressed with Chris' professionalism, but even more pleased with the value I received from Clipz's monthly lawn service. My lawn has never been better!!!

After seeing our yard, the owner quoted one price for the initial mowing. A few days later he raised the price claiming the first quote was for ongoing mowing after the first cut. However, the price quoted for ongoing service was $15 more than the Clipz, LLC website quotes for a residential lawn the size of ours. I feel the owner tried the old bait-and-switch with his pricing. In addition, the mowing job was not great. He left some areas tall and others were cut down to the dirt.
Description of Work: Mow yard that had not been mowed in a long time.

THIS MEMBER HAD NOT CUT HIS YARD IN NEARLY TWO MONTHS. THE GRASS WAS OVER 10" IN MOST PLACES, SO TALL IT HAD IN FACT "FALLEN OVER". HE ASKED TO HAVE IT RAKED, AND WE CUT THE YARD TWICE THE SAME VISIT, RAKED, AND SPENT TWO HOURS ON SITE TO ACHIEVE ANY DISCERNIBLE RESULTS FOR THE SAME QUOTED RATE. THE WEBSITE STATES THE PRICE FOR TYPICAL LAWN SIZES AND LANDSCAPING, BUT QUOTES ARE REQUIRED. THIS YARD, THOUGH 1/4 ACRE, HAS NEARLY 1/4 OF THE YARD THAT IS UNNAVIGABLE SLOPE, AND MUST BE HAND TRIMMED OR PUSH MOWED. THE OWNER NEVER CONTACTED US ABOUT QUALITY CONCERNS, ONLY COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PRICE WHICH I EXPLAINED AND JUSTIFIED TO HIM TWICE PRIOR TO PERFORMING SERVICE WHICH HE ACCEPTED.
