It didn't go well. They put it on, the first couple of days it was nice I put the top down, and then I couldn't get it to come up all the way so I can clamp it tight. I took it back to them and let them know I couldn't get the top up. They told me because it was a new top it needed to stretch. I've had convertibles since I was a teenager; I've never had this issue before. This went on for about 6 weeks and it didn't stretch. They loosened it up a little bit and it still didn't close right. I've been back about 8 times, they told me it was because it was Mustang, not the top. I took the car back to the dealership and they told me there was nothing wrong with the car. I discovered the carpet in the back of my car was soaked. I left my car with them overnight to correct the issue, but they didn't do it, over the winter I went to the store and discovered the carpet was soaked again. They've given me the run around, I've been mislead by them. As of April 16th, the carpet was wet from the rain and now it is frozen from the cold weather that came in. When I put the top back up, I had to have someone help me clamp it down and lock it into place.

The people there are very friendly. I think it is family owned. They did such a great jobe and I had great service!!

We were told to wait for several days for all the bubbles to work themselves out. We still had some small bubbles in the driver side window after a week. My husband took it back and was told "This is a big piece of film it isn't going to be perfect". However, they did offer to fix it so we scheduled the fix for a couple of weeks later. In the meantime, we took our car to another retailer who examined the tint and pointed out that on both windows there had been debris on the window that was not cleaned off. Small pinholes were developing where they had tinted over the debris. We took our car back and they fixed the driver side window but we still have holes developing on the other window. We will probably have the tint stripped and replaced by another retailer.

He was prompt in picking up the vehicle for them to take it to their garage to do the work and professional. The interior doesn't match, one of the back rests has a tear in it---the other back rest does not have a tear in it. They did not itemize the bill. There are deep wrinkles in the two front bucket seats. He claimed that the wrinkles would smooth out when it heats up. They did not cover it well with the foam underneath the vinyl. I truly believe that they are pricey.

THEY WERE GREAT, DID A FINE JOB AND REASONABLE PRICE. WAS VERY PLEASED. (:
