Cartridge World

While they are far less than a new cartridge, replacement (remanufactured) cartridges are still expensive over all.

They have individual franchises. In case they have refilled a cartridge and it has not worked, they have replaced it. They have been good about it. My computer was stuck one time. So, they helped me getting it fixed. Normally, it seems that the refilled cartridges are not as good as the brand new ones, but they have been good about replacing them if I did find problems. Their prices are good. I always get significant savings on the refilled cartridges instead of buying new ones. I started using them because the owner is a fellow church member. They normally send out a couple every month. They seemed to have done a good job so far. They also refill toners for copiers. They are good place to check out. I don?t have anything to compare their prices with, but they were good. Sometimes, I have had to return things that did not work the first time. I will use them again in the future.

I had used this Cartridge World location twice before to refill black cartridges and once to refill my color cartridge for a Dell printer. I was very happy with the performance of the black cartridge. The colors were not right on the color cartridge, but I didn't call Cartridge World to complain. I just thought that refills must not be as good as the original cartridge. This time when I replaced the refilled black cartridge, the printer jammed and wouldn't work at all. I called Dell and they said that I shouldn't have used refilled cartridges, that a sensitive part had been irreparably damaged, and that I would just have to buy a new printer. I called Cartridge World and they said to bring in the printer for their technician to look at. The technician unjammed the printer carriage, which was stuck because I hadn't closed the latch over the new cartridge completely. While testing the printer, the technician noticed that the color wasn't correct and replaced my color cartridge with another refilled one that works beautifully, even for photos. The next day, my black wasn't printing, so I called again. They cleaned something in the printer and I got it back within 24 hours. My printer is now working beautifully and they never charged me anything except the cost of refilling the cartridges that I brought in at the beginning. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with Dell for lying to me, and very happy with Cartridge World.
