All went well and we are ready to move up to the highest speeds when we are ready. I am a bit biased as I had been a reseller of Bright House Networks Commercial Services for over 10 years.

Installers were punctual and professional they installed new lines to get the best picture and cable speed. Have been very happy with service except dvr starting acting up. The internet service is second to none and rarely ever goes out. When it does it is back on quickly. Highly recommend internet but equipment needs updated for cable service.

We are not happy with Bright House. It is not fast. Sometimes we do not have a reception. We call them and they do not come. We are not able to use another provider. They are not able to give us the service. Bright House is the only one that is available. We are paying for super fast internet and we don't have that!

I hate Brighthouse, unfortunately there are not any other options in our area. The service worked great for about the first week after it was connected. Ever since then we have extreme lulls in our service. The speed completely bottoms out and web pages fail to load constantly. I am always having to disconnect and reconnect the modem just to get the service going at a decent speed again. We have had several technicians out to our house. They are prompt and professional, but are never able to figure out the problem. They even went as far as to promise to screen our service for a week to watch for the lulls, but then they never got back with us about it.
Update: After posting this review a representative took the time to contact me and work through the problem. It ended up being a firmware issue. I am happy to say that the service has been running great for the last week or so.

They are the only people in this area, so no other choice. They are pretty responsive. They are pretty good.

They are a pretty good service. Whenever you have a complaint, you can call and usually get right through to a representative. They are pretty good.

First of all we had problems with this cable company from day one. The customer service and the technical help is very poor, they had to replace the dvr 3 times, not to mention the times I spent on the phone and besides their DVR is a piece of c--p it stops working and its noisy. I've lost so many shows that I had recorded and they don't care. I've lived in many other states with great cable companies, so why does Indiana have the worst one. I know Indiana has many great things to offer a family, however I can't wait to leave this place.
