THE MASSAGER/HEATING MECHANISM MALFUNCTIONED A COUPLE OF TIMES. THEY HAD TO RETURN THE CHAIR TO THE FACTORY AND TOLD ME THEY'D PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT CHAIR. THEY HAD TO COME TO THE HOUSE SEVERAL TIMES TO WORK ON THE CHAIR, PICK IT UP, OR RETURN IT, AND MANAGED TO DO IT EVERY TIME WHILE WORKING AROUND MY SCHEDULE SO THAT I WAS NOT INCONVENIENCED. THIS IS TOUGH TO DO! CHAIR WORKS GREAT NOW.

BREWER'S FURNITURE IS VERY SERVICE ORIENTED. THEY DELIVER ON TIME AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THEIR FURNITURE. WE HAD BOUGHT A ROCKING CHAIR AND AN END TABLE PREVIOUSLY AND WERE VERY IMPRESSED BY THE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF, FROM THE SALES TO THE DELIVERY PEOPLE. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE BEDROOM FURNITURE WE JUST PURCHASED. THE DELIVERY GUYS SET IT UP AND EVEN MOVED IT AROUND IN THE ROOM UNTIL I WAS SATISFIED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
