Before & After Carpet Cleaning

It went ok but just prefer steam cleaning.

The carpet looks great! They got stains out that I hadn't been able to. They were a few minutes late and I heard a little too much of their personal conversation but. I would definitely hire their service again. Final bill was less than I expected too.

They were receptive, prompt, and on time, they were courteous and professional, and they completed the work in a prompt and efficient manner. I would definately recommend using them and I will use them again.

Fantastic experience. Arrived exactly when they said they would be here.....swept, cleaned, raked about 1200 square feet of carpet and a large living room rug in 90 minutes. Very friendly and professional guys. The price with a coupon almost seemed unfair to them given the amount of work done even though they were very quick workers. Highly recommend.

Arrived on time. The work was completed in the estimated time. They did a good job and we will lose again.

They were very punctual! . We had a coupon for the 7 rooms. The stairs and protectorant were added at my suggestion. The cleaners actually discouraged protectorant in all areas since some areas where already in a shape that it would only "be throwing your money away"--refreshing that they did not press an upsale on this

Promptly scheduled the job, was much less than the "big name" company I contacted. Carpet was noticeably cleaner and the job didn't take too long for them to do, or for the carpet to dry. I have pets and was happy with the results.

Came on time and were done in just over an hour. The carpets look great. We will definitely use them again.

Extremely satisfied. They were on time, professional and courteous. They completed their job in a few hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs this service and would have them back when the need arrives.

My carpets look wonderful. There is one small koolaid stain that they were not able to get out completely out (although it did fade to almost nothing) but they were able to get out things that chemdry didn't get out three years ago. AND they are about $75-100 cheaper then chem-dry for the same service. I had a coupon so three rooms were $80 (traffic areas only) and the stairs (I had 14) were $1.50 each. The workers were the company owners and this is a moonlighting job for them - their fulltime job is Firefighers for the City of Indianapolis - so they were very professional and I felt at ease with them in my home. When chemdry had cleaned my carpets in the past they wouldn't even let us move automans because it was "traffic areas only". These guys didn't balk at the automans being out of the way and even moved the recliner and the end table into the kitchen without me saying anything. The one stain that they could not get out completely they pointed out to me and let me know what they thought it was and what it would take to remove it permanently. With having small children in the house they recommended that I NOT pay the extra to get it taken out at this time. They really put the customer first. I cannot say enough good things about the quality, price and professionalism and I WILL be using them again for my carpet cleaning.
