 + -1 moreWe were not totally sure of what we wanted for flowers for a wedding. We were going around the area and looking at what different companies were offering. From our experience Avon Florist wasn't very helpful and treated our unsure ideas about flowers as a hassle. We felt rushed and they kept on trying to get us to buy more flowers than what we needed for our small wedding party. As a result we went with a different florist. Perhaps it was just a bad day for them. But we weren't impressed.

 + -1 moreI selected an arrangement with a keepsake vase. The flowers were not really arranged and looked sloppy. My mom tried to arrange them herself. The vase was ugly and embarrassing. In contrast, I ordered the same arrangement through Teleflora and another florist for our daughter and her vase and arrangement were beautiful. On the positive side, the flowers were excellent quality because they were beautiful and smelled great. The card that came with the flowers states that Avon Florist wants to know if they fail to meet expectations. I called to discuss the problem and they refused to resolve the issue. The person on the phone said that was how the vases came. She said she would tell Teleflora I wasn't happy.
Description of Work: I ordered flowers for my parents through Teleflora.
