Poor quality, late, unprofessional big warehouse atmosphere, dirty.

I always call the day of and was able to get an appointment at 4:45 p.m. today.  I did not have to wait as Cassie washed my hair and massaged the pressure points on my scalp and forehead.  Shawn is a beautiful petite and upbeat "burst of energy".  She can cut, blow out and style your hair while engaged in varied conversations.  You also leave feeling energized!  The salon is huge, very updated colors and materials, and relaxing.  You are always offered something to drink.  They offer many services and sell their own line of products which are Great!

I like the environment and the staff is nice.

They are pretty flexible with their timings and it's not too difficult to get in.  We don't have to schedule months in advance.  They have different level hair stylists and we can choose them.  Their price is not exceptional but they are average.  The quality of their work has always been very good.

I am a female with very thin hair on the top of my head, which has caused most hairdressors difficulty. Brooke has worked with me for several years and has helped me find a style that works for me and looks good. She is the only hairdressor that I will allow to cut my hair, as no one else can make the top/front look good!  My color is consistent, natural looking, and covers my gray well. Brooke has also helped me find the best products for my hair type and has been very good about allowing me to exchange products when we try one that I do not like. A word to the wise, though - this salon is very busy, so allow enough lead time for appointments.

They are very knowledgeable about the latest styles.  The beauticians explain what they are doing. They ask questions about what I want, then give options and examples of what best fits my hair type.

Emily is a great stylist, and she is one of the nicest people I've met! I think she's really great at helping you achieve your style goal, and will listen to you as well as implement her professional opinion. My only complaint would be that she sometimes is a little hesitant, and I've left feeling as though my hair doesn't look any different from before. Overall though, I love her and will continue going!

Shawn is my stylist. Their customer service is good. They take care of my whole family. They have great advice and great products. Never have had a bad haircut.

Brooke has cut my hair for over a year now; she is a detail-oriented stylist. The salon staff are personable and friendly.

I've gone there for several years and made the mistake of going somewhere else to try and save a little cash. I definitely got what I paid for from the other place. My stylist Brooke does excellent work. I fully trust her and her judgement when it comes to my hair. I told her to fix the mess I had and she did beautifully. I would highly recommend them.

The service is good. I would recommend this salon, especially if you are wanting color on your hair. They also always call a day or so before your appt. to remind you, which is great!

AJ CUT MY HAIR. I LOVE IT!

AJ HIGHLIGHTED AND CUT MY HAIR. SHE WAS TERRIFIC. SHE SPENT SOME CONSULT TIME WITH ME TO DETERMINE WHAT I WANTED. SHE RECOMMENDED WHAT SHE WOULD DO, AND THEN HIGHLIGHTED MY HAIR, CUT IT AND STYLED IT. WE RECENTLY MOVED HERE AND HAD BEEN WITH ONE STYLIST FOR MANY YEARS. AJ DESIGNED A CUT FOR ME THAT WAS EXCELLENT, CREATING THE HAIRCUT FROM A PHOTO I SHOWED HER. I HAD RESEARCHED SEVERAL SALONS IN THE AREA, AND WE ARE DRIVING OVER 45 MINUTES TO GO TO AJ, BUT FEEL IT IS WORTH THE DRIVING TIME.

ONE THING THEY DO THAT I THOUGHT WAS ESPECIALLY NEAT, IS THEIR COMPUTER IMAGING THAT SHOWS ABOUT 200 DIFFERENT OPTIONS SO YOU KNOW WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE BEFORE THEY CUT. JOE, THE OWNER, WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. I HAVE DIFFICULT HAIR TO WORK WITH AND HE WAS GREAT. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICES WERE GOOD.
