What I ended up doing is, having Avon Vet to fax her records over to Hospital of Avon.

My dog now is having seizures, so we had to figure out what was going on with her.

What I paid was not very much. I would use them again.

I took my dog, Isabella in for her yearly check-up.  We received excellent service as always.  They were professional, compassionate
and prompt.   Her appointment was in January. 
We purchased a Seresto flea and tick collar, which we always use.   It is an expensive collar but it lasts 7 months and it works
well (we live in the woods).   Today, I received a letter in the mail from Animal Hospital of Avon.  It contained a copy of the bill as well as a rebate form for the collar.  They even filled out most of the rebate form for me.  They did not have any rebate forms when we were there last month.  This is just another example of how they go above and beyond what is expected. 
Last year when I took my dog in because she was sick, they called to check on her.  I love these people and so does Isabella!

The lady that answered the phone was very nice.  I wasn't able to set the appointment up today because her shot records were at my house.  I am going to call them later and get everything set up.  We used them a few years ago with our Golden before she passed away.

Both the surgery, the vet explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. She was very helpful and understanding. After the surgery, she called and stated all went well. I set up a pick up time. When I picked my puppy up,the vet tech went through all the after care procedures. She was very kind and helpful. The next day the vet tech called to check on my puppy. She stated to call with any concerns. I feel very comfortable having any of the vets work with my puppy. They are great!!!!

We have been going to Animal Hospital of Avon since we moved here-about 1 1/2 years. They have seen us through good and bad times. They have always been thorough, professional along with very caring. I can't say enough good things about the group and would highly recommend them.

After a pleasant greeting at the front desk, we were seen promptly-- first by a vet. tech and then the veteranarian. We have seen three different vets and ALL were very informative, caring, and professional. Following any treatment, we were contacted to see how Rudy was doing. We are very pleased with all aspects of our visits to the Animal Hospital of Avon!

I called the office in the morning and was offered an appointment that afternoon for my cat. The front office staff attends to us promptly and were very friendly. We saw Dr Kovach within a few minutes. She was very thorough in her exam of my cat and explained the whole process as well as her findings. She was very low key and gentle with my cat. She prescribed an eye drop and we were on our way. I received.a follow up call 2 days later to see how my cat was doing.

This was a first time visit for us. Dr Kovach and her staff were just excellent with my pets. Very knowledgeable and took their time with my pets and all my questions. Will definitely go back.

They were wonderful with her. Dr. Campbell was very kind, took her time and answered all of our questions. The only reason we spent $220 was because we bought a years worth of heart worm, intestinal worm, and flea pills. We also bought some treats and her antibiotics. I would highly recommend them.

Last year, I lost my dog of 14 years and they were awesome in the bereavement part of it. They were excellent. They even called to check on me later. They offered to have her cremated and put in an engraved box. All the girls came in and cried with me because they knew her. They were so kind and good to my dog. When my dog got sick, they referred me to a specialist and gave me that option which was very nice. My overall experience with them is excellent. For the care I got, the price was excellent.

Dr. Fox is wonderful! Very good with Joe (my cat)! She knows her stuff and she is the best. Very patient, gives you answers for any questions you have. She is not there to take your money and is honest. If your pet is a diabetic especially, I would recommend you take them here.

They did a very good job. I had a problem with one of the puppies with throwing up, and we called them about the problem and they said to try to change the food. Once I changed the food, the problem stopped. I thought it was nice that I could fix the problem with them over the phone. I would recommend them.

My dog accidentally got into human medicine today. I needed help getting the situation under control. I spoke to Erica. After she helped me with the situation, she then took my information and found I had called the wrong cet clinic in my haste to find a number. (My regular vet has a similar name and is on the same street). She gave me the number to my regular vet. She was the one with a clear head in the situation and I know that helped my dog have a good outcome.

Later in the day, she called back to check on my dog, even though he isn't one of their patients. She was truly concerned for my dog and wanted to know that he was OK. She ended the call asking me to give my dog a hug for her.

What a great place! I've had good experiences before with the vet clinics I have used, but this one is tops in my books. They cared enough about my dog, even though he wasn't their patient, to follow-up and make sure everything is OK. If I find a need to change vets or know of someone who needs a vet, I will refer them to here.

Everyone at the Animal Hospital of Avon is very friendly and courteous. We were greeted/acknowledged as soon as we walked in the door. We were taken back to a room promptly, and soon after the vet came in to see us. She was very knowledgeable and was caring with our dog. She greeted our dog and acknowledged him throughout the visit. When we checked out, the girls were so nice and appreciable. Also, our dog had an ACL surgery at a specialty clinic approximately 3 weeks after going to the Animal Hospital of Avon. Dr. Kovach called our home to check on our dog after his surgery, which we thought was a very kind thing to do. We are very happy with the service, doctors, and employees of the Animal Hospital of Avon and look forward to being with them for many years to come.

very good visit!! the vet found an infection and my dog had a high body temp.great care by the veterinary assistants and the vet.we have been going there for over 10 years and have never had any negative issues with them with all my dogs that we have brought to them..

They are nice. I actually scheduled my appointment for Saturday morning and needed to move it. They allowed me to come in on Friday instead. Their pricing is fairly reasonable. There are quite a few people there. There is always going to be somebody there that could help if I need them to. They are generally nice and informative folks. I am somewhat new with crawling puppies. They have done a nice job of at least helping me out and letting me know if there is something else I need to do or when I should do it. The cost for examination is not expensive. It is only $37. They do a good job, and they are quick. The only thing that has happened is that they have had somebody clip one of the toenails a little close.
