I have been going to her for about 10 years now. She is a good doctor. You do need to make an appointment in advanced.

She is very nice and her office is easy to work with. I never have any problems with appointments and it is easy to find in the hospital.

I have been seeing her since November of last year. I am in the middle of trying to have a neurological issue diagnosed. She has been on top of it very well. She has done a fantastic job. They have five doctors in their practice. They offer a walk-in clinic each week-day between 3pm and 5pm where the costs are less than immediate care. They also offer similar services elsewhere on weekends if needed. The only small issue I have ever had is that their billing is hard to understand when you receive the bill. They are very good about answering any questions if you call them regarding the bill.

We have been going to her for 25 years. Good care with them, she takes the time to talk to you.

The staff is not overly friendly ,they act like they are not real happy to be there .There is not the normal so called niceties ,interaction -that goes on with patients .Also ,there has been several times the recptionist -nurse? Was suppossed to call me and it didn't happen .

Overall, my experience with this office and doctor has gone very well.  Dr. Abernathy is very professional and personable.  She was very accommodating when I unexpectedly had to bring my son to my doctor appointment.  She had no problem with this and was able to work with me to do everything that needed to be done.  I appreciate that they have an email notification system.  They email test results or I can email the doctor with any questions. I have used this service and received a prompt reply and had a prescription filled for me.

Made my transition wonderful as I was already very upset about having to switch offices during my pregnancy.  Took lots of time at the first appointment with my past history of pregnancies.  Made me feel comfortable and at ease.  I normally prefer female Dr's, but I have to admit that I've been very happy with both the male Dr's at the practise.  I plan to stay with them after I deliver my baby in August.

Dr. Beerbower was very thorough and checked everything very professionally.

Dr. Johns is terrific, and I am extremely grateful for her care.  She is very knowledgeable, up-to-date with medical information, accurate in her diagnoses, and has a positive outlook.  She truly cares about her patients.  Dr. Johns has been my doctor for several years, and she continues to be a blessing to me.

Dr. John's office is always very good about arranging appointments quickly, even on short notice. They were able to get me in and out for a blood draw and then called me a week later with a detailed description of the results. They even took time to answer my questions on the phone. I am very pleased with Dr. John's and her staff. Plus, I found out I'm not allergic to dogs, so we bought our first puppy the next weekend!

I would continue to see him.

I liked Dr. Johns philosophy of health care and she was very personable.

She is very friendly and personable. I have no problem asking her questions and she answers them very thoroughly. Everybody in the office is very friendly.

Her care and personality stand out.  She actually cares about her patients.  She doesn't just want to get the appointment over with.  She actually asks you how your life is going.  The staff is friendly.

Dr. Richardson is a fantastic ob/gyn that I highly recommend and will continue to use. His bedside manner is fantastic - always calm and compassionate, reassuring, professional, and funny when appropriate. I had a few classic panic moments, as this was my first pregnancy, and Dr. Richardson always reacted to the call appropriately. I was diagnosed with chronic hypertension several years ago, and Dr. Richardson was extremely proactive with my care from the beginning and thoroughly explained every step of the way, never scaring me or pressuring me into a decision. I was induced at 37 weeks due to my increasing blood pressure and Dr. Richardson was in charge of my care during that process and present to deliver my baby. My husband and family felt very confident and comforted knowing I was in his care.

They helped me deliver both of my babies. They are fantastic. I had to have two C-sections and when I checked into the hospital, the nurses asked me who my physicians were. I told them about my physicians and they were excited because they enjoyed working with those two doctors a lot. That really speaks a lot about them. They are very focused on the mother just as much as the baby, which is wonderful. There are many doctors who tell you that you need to suffer with the cold you have when you are pregnant, but these doctors tell you what’s safe or what’s not. I would recommend them to anybody and I have recommended them too. The staff is awesome. The effectiveness of their treatment is good since I have two healthy babies.

She has a very good bedside manner. She really cares and tries to get to know her patients. She is not all about the medical aspect she wants to know what is going on in your life. She is very knowledgeable about what she does. She is also a Christian.

They are compassionate and thorough. I am very pleased with their care and the attentiveness of the personel.

She is always in a hurry and she didn't listen to me and my complaints. If you are wanting a doctor who spends enough time with you, this is not the best pick.

She is very personable. She has the time you need if you have questions. Her staff is good. Recently, it has been "get in, get out" there, but in the past I have had to wait.

My experience with her has been good. She takes time with you and listens to you. She is good at what she does. She really cares. I think she goes over and above the call of duty. She prays with you.

You have a very short waiting period to see the doctor. He is very easy to talk to. He listens to what you have to say. If you have researched a new medicine on your own he is willing to help you with it. He could send you to an area of practice that you needed to go.

My husband and I both visit Dr. Cougill. We are always pleased with the service. That is the first medical office I've been to where someone checks your ID to make sure your the right person. I think that is great.
