The salesman was very punctual, honest and personable. The salesman and service technician came back to install a new RO system and were and explained various options about placement of the tank, orientation of the tap, etc. My dog really liked them and he generally doesn’t like servicemen.

We recently had our new water softener installed by American Aqua Solutions and Jacob and his team made the experience fantastic. Jacob gave me a lot of time while I was in the decision making process answering questions over the phone and more via email before I made my final decision on which brand to go with. I decided on American Aqua Solutions because they seemed to have all the features I was looking for and they had by far the best warranty of any brand I looked at 7 years parts AND labor on the valve and lifetime on the tank. On top of offering the best warranty I could find they also were priced better than the other guys to boot. The 2 man crew that came to my home were professional and respectful. When they showed up they asked if it was ok to come in with shoes on and they were wearing masks, both if which I appreciate. They also took the time to show me how the softener worked and answered some more questions that I had about the operation of a softener. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new water softener.

Amazing service, and very knowledge-able folks! Great quality for a good price, 100% recommendable. Steve & Isaac stopped by today to replace a reverse osmosis filter. I was completely unaware that my new home water softener system was also setup by America Aqua Solutions. They went out of their way to teach me how to setup it, and test the water at different points to show me how the water gets purified. All of that, on top of asking the many questions I had as a new home owner and newbie to water systems. Will definitely call them again!
