It was fine. The guy did a good job and he worked steady and got it done quickly. He was very pleasant and I would recommend them.

I was expecting a very modest crew to show up given the competitive price and the fact that I was corresponding with them via a g-mail account.  It was a nice surprise when two neatly labeled Yahne vans showed up for the job.  One van had a supervisor that helped the crew get started and then left after about an hour.  He came back as the job was nearing completion.  They were careful to put down coverings on our floors so as not to track on our carpet.  A/C works like a charm! 

Yahne was originally recommended to us by a friend (sorry Angie's List), but I wanted to give them a nice review here since they did a nice job for us.

Yahne Heating and Air gave me advice on fixing my heating and air conditioning problem that saved me many hundreds if not thousands of dollars. The others that I called didn't do this.  All work was performed quickly and professionally.

Yahne's keeps appointments, unlike other places. If they say they are going to be at your house at 9 O'Clock, that's when they will be there, maybe a few minutes early, which I like.  They call you if they may be a few minutes late. They leave the area clean, and are friendly and professional. I am thankful that I found Yahne's Heating and Air Conditioning. Yahne's explains things, and there is no high pressure sales from them! They show you what is wrong before they start work. They are honest and competent, and priced lower than other places I checked. Who could ask for anything more?

They showed up when they said they were going to and did what they said they would. I got a good price.

They did a great job. I called them to come out. I had a new system put in a couple of years ago and no one had been out to look at it since so I thought someone should come and check it out. They sent two guys out; one did the heating and the other the AC. They did a nice job and I would call them back in a heartbeat. I think their pricing was reasonable. They came right out so they were very responsive.

They will call to see if we want them to come out and do the service. If the filters do not need to be replaced, then they will not replace them. They will show them to me and give me their advice. They did install the heating and cooling system. They have been honest and great with their services. One time, my heat went out with a power surge and I called them and they were able to tell me what to do to start the unit over the phone without a charge.
