Jeff and Tony arrived daily and worked until job completed. Very tidy each day.

Searched Angies List for basement waterproofing. Knew we had used HA Bittner for a previous owned home and were highly pleased with their work. Bittner was not listed in Angies List so we decided to contact one other recommended waterproofer from the list. Other company representative showed up and explained that we would need to hire contractors to dig up front and back yards in order to provide total drainage to waterproof basement. Then explained that he smelled radon and at that point he would need to call someone in to eradicate that before his crew could get started on the waterproofing. Then provided a verbal estimate at $30,000! When my husband showed up, I asked representative to explain what radon smells like and the estimate he quoted. At that time he said he needed to contact his boss and see if he could provide a discount. He came back after his call with a reduced rate of $10,000 to just waterproof the basement. We decided that we couldn't trust this other company and called someone we knew we could trust, HA Bittner Company. They arrived promptly and provided an estimate that we could accept and be comfortable with. They started the job and completed the job as promised and we could trust that they were not trying to scam or rob us. As we knew what to expect with Jeff and his brother, we could trust them to have a key to come and go through the basement. LOVED the final job, the guys and the price!! Would not even consider any other waterproofing company ever again.
