A little overpriced

I told the project manager Kyle my budget he worked with me and the total cost was less than my budget. They showed up when scheduled and introduced them selfs before the started. After they completed the job they did a good job cleaning up. Will call them for my other projects I have planed.

Went really well! Sales was kind and worked with me. Installation was done efficiently and the entire house of windows (21 in all) looks fabulous!

It went great! He took the time to find me exactly what I was looking for. I knew what I was looking for and he didn't give up until he found the exact match! His employees are friendly, hardworking, and dependable. Everything was done within our expectant timeline and we actually finished earlier than planned. Marc is very personable and hands on with his business I would recommend him again and again.

Mark Faylor and his company Universal Windows Direct/Faylor Construction has done a number of projects here in our home. After researching for quite some time which replacement window would be the best value for us, we settled on Universal Windows Direct. The windows are without a doubt the very best that are on the market for replacement windows. Equally important to us was the way the work was accomplished. They were installed in an efficient manner and with expert care and done quickly. Frankly the work exceeded my expectations. Faylor Construction also remodeled two bathrooms completely including, ceilings, plumbing fixtures, tub, tile shower, and all the lighting. Once again the work was done in a very competent and professional way. All the work was accomplished in a timely manner with a minimum of disruption and it once again exceeded our expectations. This house is now 40 years old and there are lots of things that need attention. I would not consider using Faylor Construction for the next projects if we were not 100% satisfied. We have had some very bad some work done in the past that was of very poor quality and from that I have a way to compare. I can say without reservation that I have no hesitation recommending Faylor Construction for home improvement projects from very small ones to major re-construction.

He was very honest and professional. The quality was exceptional! Would definitely use again and again and refer to everyone I know! :)

Service was very punctual. The owner of the business was personable and got back with me in a timely manner with prices and questions I had. The prices were reasonable and material seems to be very durable. I was very pleased with the customer service I received, also pleased with the final product and I would recommend them to others looking for a great experience.
