They scrape the snow in the winter, they mow the yard once a week, they do all the flower beds, they do everything.

I think we pay him $1200 a month. It's not material because he does it based on the number of villas and the number of times he provides service so it's not a one time $1200 charge we pay him 12 months a year.

They arrived around 8:00 a.m. and just started working.   They knew exactly what they were doing.  They started by edging around my trees and all of the already established landscaping and yard.  I was so impressed from the very beginning. They were very professional and considerate.
They put stones around the air conditioner and planted three grasses.  Looked so much better.  I  appreciated that Charlie Summers suggested that idea.   They trimmed the trees and overgrown shrubs.  Moved my ailing rose shrub to another area, as well as some other plants.  Got rid of other plants that just looked bad and/or cluttered, after talking to me about them. 
Then at the end...they have this wonderful machine that sprays mulch through a large hose that spreads mulch much better and faster than spreading it with a rake. 
The finished look was way beyond my expectations.  I really appreciated Charlie Summers expertise in design and their workmanship.  I will definitely use them again.
