TV Service - Cable
I had Mediacom for everything for a long while and I had bad experience and got rid of phone and Internet through them. The problems started in November. The cable would go out 9 to 10 o’ clock at night every night until 10 o’clock in the morning. When I call them and say about it, they would put in a service call and take two to three days to get a service person scheduled to come out here and then most of the time wouldn’t show up. If it is 1 o’clock in the afternoon, the cable is on again. They say that they can’t do anything and they are not coming out because it is on, and then I have to call the next night, the next night and this went on until the end of March. I am failing them on everything. I would get a different cable placed.
