Geothermal Sales & Service is very good. She showed us how to use the furnace, what should and shouldn't be done. She's been very good. She referred me to a well guy because our problem was within the well not the geothermal system. The first time she came out it was just a general check-up call and showed us how to do things. She's just really good, always calls back and she leaves her cellphone number on the machine if she's not in. She's really good about returning calls and answering the questions if she can or talk you through code on your cellphone, she'll try to do that before she ask somebody out.

I keep getting email that corresponds to a contract that I never used.

They were punctual, professional, and very friendly. They added an access panel to aid cleaning the air coil as I had requested with no problems. Brian was a master at fabricating the new duct transition pieces, and Pat, the owner, did the wiring. They had no problem letting me plumb in a filter on my own before they came which was my choice.
There were a couple of problems with the wrong unit being ordered and a bad control board, but they were more concerned about the inconvenience than I was. My old unit was left in place while I waited a few days for the correct unit to arrive.
Their price was very competitive and the equipment I got is state of the art. The unit is fully programmable and diagnostics can be done thru a new communicating thermostat in plain English. Further, hooking the unit into my alarm system was a breeze.
