Disappointing. We seemed to be low priority. There were several surprises, the first being ants in the exterior wall, but we corrected that quickly. Then, despite that we palnned to have the stand-up shower enlarged, they installed a base no bigger than the original. That necessitated a LONG wait for a custom ordered base. Walls were tile, which we picked from a vendor that Jim recommended. Installation was not as good as I do the things I do! Some tiles are not on the same plane as others. Cut lines are not as straight as you wouyld expect so grout lines vary in width. And there was a trim strip of pretty tiles that was installed so poorly that it had to be ripped out and reinstalled. The hole cut in the tile for the faucet stem was so small that tiles will have to be removed if faucet service is ever needed. and lastly the baseboard was stained after nail holes were filled with putty, and the stain took way differently to the wood and putty, it looks just awful. I had to fill a big overcut on a door frame with gray putty to eliminate a huge gap that allowed you to see inside the wall. And it seemed we were low priority - overall the job took about a year! I was just disappointed all-around. Time was not so much a factor as the overall finish quality.

The experience was awful. They didn?t have a wet saw to cut the tile from my bathroom and so filled my house with tile dust. Their craftsmanship was bad and they did a poor work. They didn?t do the work correctly and the tiles were crooked. I had 2 other people come in to fix the drywall that they had put in. Other contractors who came to my house commented that the work was though I did the work myself. The job didn?t look like it was done by a professional. The salesman was really good. They tried to fix it here and there, but they didn't have the skill even to fix it. The owner was apologetic. I would not use them again.

Bret was very professional and punctual. On site all the time making sure his crew is doing what they are suppose to do. Not enough good things to say about him. Very good job. Timely service.

While the work was being done,the crew was timely and polite. They did a great job cleaning up the jobsite and not damaging the landscaping. Since the leaking problem, I have become totally dissatisfied by the lack of communication.

THIS COMPANY PROVIDED THE BEST PRICE OF FIVE COMPANIES QUOTING WORK, AND FOR RE-ROOF USED 30 YEAR ARCHITECTURAL STYLE ROOFING MATERIALS WHILE OTHER COMPANIES WERE QUOTING ONLY 25 YEAR STANDARD THREE-TAB STYLE. WORKMANSHIP WAS GOOD ON BOTH THE RE-ROOF AND SIDING REPAIR.

JIM WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. HIS CREW WAS VERY POLITE AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING EACH NIGHT. WE DID NOT FIND ANY STRAY NAILS ON THE GROUND.

JIM TRIETSCH APPEARS TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT A BROAD RANGE OF CONSTRUCTION-RELATED TASKS.
