I googled concret companies in Indianapolis before joining Angie's List. After seeing some sites, I called Hamilton (or maybe emailed) and Paul got back to be within 24 hours. He gives free quotes based on online info. Since I wasn't sure what I really needed, I gave a really large space -- he quoted almost immediately via email but mentioned it sounded big and offered a site visit. We made an appointment and he showed up on time -- looked at the space and even told me it wouldn't be nearly as much based on real estimates. Since I had just purchased the house, I was still wishy on the size and he came out again -- early, just to measure and spray paint the area we discussed. Paul was so patient with the process. Once we determined the size, he re-quoted. He was able to start the project sooner than expected and he did all of the demo himself. He had to get a dumpster, but was mindful of the placement. He kept to his schedule and was so nice throughout the whole process. You could tell he cared about the work and final product. I can't say enough about Paul and his professionalism and desire to have a wonderful outcome. I really don't know if he is the cheapest, but I think he was fair and honest and did everything you could expect from a vendor. I would recommend him to anyone needing concrete work. While I went with a standard concrete patio, he does stamping and staining. He's the best.
