Spray Foam Insulation Installation
After removing all my insulation they called to reschedule yet again tried getting ahold of the office and salesman several times finally getting ahold of someone than after trying to get my deposit back and call another company they pushed to come that night at about 8pm. A one man crew showed up had trouble with his gun clogging and the end result was anywhere from completely bare spots that weren't sprayed all the way around the Sill plate and most of the areas being 1/2 inch or less when it was supposed to be 2 inches plus owner also was pushing for final payment that night at 1030pm once the guy was leaving seemed very unprofessional and now have to pay another company to come and complete the job

When we needed a very specific time for an estimate, the owner himself came to provide that for us. This was just the first act that proved their willingness to put the customer first. They had a little hiccup with the machinery when they started the job. Instead of coming back another day, which was too much of an inconvenience for us, they found another solution and finished the job on time. I would use them again.

Spray Foam Insulation Installation
Customer service was terrible. They started the initial installation in February 2020 and did not finish until over 3 years later in March 2023. Now that it is supposedly fully insulated it should feel warmer, it does not. They only came back to finish after I filed a complaint with BBB.

"Diana, We came out to do your quote and advised you that your major heat loss is through your roof. We insulated the walls but by not fixing the problem in the home, as you were advised, we could not able to keep the heat from escaping through the roof."

This pro was very unprofessional, did not come prepared, ruined my hardwood floors and did not finish the job. I will never use them again.
