The guy showed up late, Was extremely rude. He criticized my fiancé and I and told us our house was not constructed well. He told us there was nothing wrong with our washing machine it must’ve been a fluke, our washing machine flooded our entire downstairs. Then he wouldn’t wait until been washing machine was done with the cycle to see if the problem occurs again. Then handed me a $70 bill of course no discussion of that was on the phone and that he didn’t take credit card. He suggested I babysit my machine anytime I use it. I will not use him again. He may need sensitivity training.

He was very knowledgable, got the job done quickly- returned with the part within a few hours and installed it.

sevice tech tested voltage on rear of dryer and found volts irregular. Tested outlet with cover on and said call electrician.Charged $65 and left.
I removed outlet cover a

nd found one wire loose. When tightened the dryer heated fine.I believe I will go buy a voltage meter.I could have found the peoblem.
I thought since I pulledd the cover off dryer and had it all apart I might get a break on the service call but then I am pretty cheap. I guess he did have to meke the callid

Washer was fixed lickety split. The dryer was a little trickier since it worked on other settings. Replaced the sensor which didn't fix it, but came out again promptly and no charge and re-seated an electronic board (or something like that- my words, not his) so that it now works again.

He told me that I needed a new ice maker so I spent $300. to get a new ice maker only to find out that all that was wrong was a $20. hose. I would not recommend him.

Called for repair on my ice dispenser on Kitchenaid refrigerator and broken door on kitchenaid microwave. Replaced motor on ice dispenser to reveal needing computer board as well. Waiting for that part to come in to replace. They were not able to work on the microwave door and advised us to call Kitchenaid direct. I would use them again.

It went very well. As far back as I can remember, we have used Wilmot to repair our appliances when I was growing up in Noblesville. He is very nice and knowledgable. Also, I think he has been able to accomodate my schedule (he once came out on a Saturday for me) every time. I will not hesitate to use him again!

Didn't have hot water for a couple days. Called Wilmont - he was out the same day to check it. Needed replacement and he installed a new one the next day.

I thought the pricing was a little high the first time I used them. When I called them to come out again I asked for pricing information upfront. They were reasonably priced the second time they came out. I would use them again in the future.

Overall the experience was excellent. I called on a Monday and Rusty answered right away. He made the service call the next day, then came back on Thursday with the parts and completed the repair. I thought the time spent was very reasonable, and he charged me for just one service call even though I had two different appliances needing repair. Both appliances now work like new, and I was very satisfied with the amount charged for the parts and labor.

If I ever need appliance repair again, I will not hesitate to call Wilmot Appliance.

Rusty figured out the problem quickley, ordered the part and had it installed the same day. While he was there I had asked hin about my washing machine belts, he replaced them on the same call.

It's a family owned business. We've used them for a while. The son came to do the service this time. He's very courteous and cleaned up nicely. There was a service fee to come out, but that's pretty standard for us because we live pretty far outside of town. We highly recommend them.

Had issue with oven not heating. Have worked with Wilmot in past and been very pleased then saw them on Angie's List as well. He came same day (within 2 hours), did not have the element but was able to pick it up and install later that same day. We needed it too, we have people in from out of town today and tomorrow so it was perfect timing. Job well Done!

I wanted to have running water and ice from my refrigerator and was instructed that replacing the pump would correct my problem. After Wilmot was paid in full, I was told that it may require more work and expense before refrigerator would resume working. I would not have had this work done had I known what the total would have been on this 20 year old refrigerator. I feel like I have been deceived and lied to. As it is, my refrigerator doesn't perform eather task of making water or ice and I am out $150.00.

The serviceman was very pleasant and professional. The only thing I wish were different is that his clothes smelled strongly of tobacco smoke, and several people in our household have asthma.

We were very satisfied with them. The person who came out to get the work done was prompt and he also fixed the washer quickly. It seemed to me that the price charged was reasonable too. We will use them in the future as well.

My dryer quit working on a Saturday morning. I called just to see if I could schedule a repair for the following week and Mr. Wilmont came within an hour! He was here no longer than 15 minutes and had my dryer up and running! My family used Wilmont Appliance Repair when I was growing up in Noblesville. We always loved Mr. Wilmont and he did great work for a reasonable price. His son runs the business now and I feel the same. He might not always be able to come out that quickly, but he will try to get to you as soon as possible. Call him if you need a larger appliance repaired!!!
