They were a no-call/no-show. I contaced them on April 23rd and was told over the phone that someone would be out the next day to mow the lawn on a new rental property I bought. They never showed up. I called them a second time around the 27th asking when they would be coming and was told that they had fallen behind and would be there. I told them I have a responsibility to my tenants to keep the house nice and he assured me they would be coming. Once again, they never showed up. So I called them again and was very upset and spoke to the daughter of the owners who said they were behind due to the rain and couldn't make it out to everybody. She kept going on and on and wouldn't listen to me when I tried to speak so I had to hang up on her. Monday morning I received a call from the mother who was screaming at me over the phone about getting upset with her daughter. Even if I was wrong and upset at the time, you still shouldn't call and scream at your customers. They didn't listen to requests, didn't follow through on their word and never even gave me a courtesy call that they were behind. I had to end up buying a lawn mower myself to do the work. I contracted for a service and they never delivered.

Lawn was aerated as described and I am satisfied with the work.

I have hired them for a few years to do bi-weekly lawn mowing and seasonal leaf removal. Good job and good price. Would rather enjoy my weekends than spend time mowing/edging my lawn.

They are very responsive and do a very good job. I have called Joe and he always returns calls promptly if he doesn't answer his cell phone. They do a great job and I look forward to working with them in 2012.

He is very prompt and responsive. We never wait long for him to call back. We have worked with him for a long time. They do great work and very responsive.

It was pretty affordable back then. They were doing a pretty good job, but their rates really started going up when the gas prices went up. They were also pretty far off for us. We then started looking around for someone locally. They were a little irritated with the fact that we stopped using them.

We pay per mow and we are very pleased with his work.

They charge by the sq. ft. They are just excellent!
