Spring broke on our garage door, trapping our cars inside. Called Mike about 3 PM and they came out around 9 PM after finishing up another job. They replaced the spring and did a tune up on the hinges and wheels. Great service

I originally hired Mike to help with a garage door spring that broke on my home. He immediately mentioned he could swing by, after 5pm on the same day and take a look. Not only could he take a look, but he happened to have springs with him and was able to fix the problem, and fix the door so it was properly mounted (this after having a different company do a "garage door inspection and tune up" who failed to mention on a door my size, I really needed two springs, not one!) This week I had a garage door that would not open past the halfway mark on an investment property. I had a bunch of people look at it, everyone said the only fix was to install a new door (approximately $1000 + $450 for an opener). Again I called Mike. Mike came out, looked at the door, and noticed one of the rafters had settled and was blocking the door from opening all the way. He offered to fix the problem, and install a new opener for $650 which was a far superior solution to the problem! These garage door guys out there (and I won't mention them, but they're the ones you get ads from in the mail) all they want to do is rip out your existing door and sell you a new one. I don't know if they're on some kind of commission from the garage door manufacturers or what - but if you have a problem with a relatively good door, and you just want to get it fixed? Just call Mike. Honestly, you'll be happier in the long run. No wasted time with salesmen, just a technician that will diagnose the problem and give you solution options.
