He is very straight forward and a hard worker. He came out and had an estimate for me the next day. Stan did a great job with all of the work and had a price that was considerably lower than the other contractors I asked. The next closest price was still $800.00 more than Stan's price. I had quite a list of odd jobs and he was able to get all of the work done in 2 days.
