My dogs seem to not be ready to pick up when I am told they will be and consistency is not always there. I do LOVE the self bathers and the ability to take the dogs in and bathe them and dry them myself using their equipment. So much easier than doing it at home.

"We never guarantee a time for a grooming pickup, as there are many variables. We can give an approximate time, but we call the owner when pet is completed. We do take our time, we want the experience to be enjoyable and safe for the pet. We do not rush services and dogs are always completed when the owner is called to let them know to pick them up"

They are very dog friendly and patient with the dog. They are reasonably priced. They are always easy to get hold of and if I leave a message on answering machine, they will get back to me right away. If I need to change an appointment then they are very accommodating too.

Animal Boarding Kennels
I have been a customer for over a year. I can leave my dog knowing that she is well-cared for and know that I can always call and ask how she is. They have also been very accommodating when I am out-of-town and my husband brings her up for day care before work, as they have allowed us to bring her prior to opening as long as they are there, of course. For those who choose, there is also a certified groomer on staff.
