HIRED MANAHAN CONSTRUCTION 2 YEARS AGO TO GUT A HOUSE AND HAVE A TOTAL REMODEL.....DID A GREAT JOB WHEN HE WAS THERE....QUALITY WORK WAS DONE.....HOWEVER HE SHOWS UP WHENEVER HE WANTS ON HIS TIMELINE....IF ANOTHER JOB COMES UP WILL GO TO THAT JOB INSTEAD OF COMPLETING THE JOB HE WAS HIRED TO DO FOR YOU....2 YEARS LATER .....JOB STILL NOT COMPLETE......HAD TO HIRE OTHERS TO GET JOB COMPLETED HE WAS HIRED TO DO....
DO GET A WRITTEN PROPOSAL OF THINGS YOU WANT HIM TO DO....DO GET AN END DATE OF THE JOB YOU WANT HIM TO DO....DONT GIVE HIM TOO MUCH MONEY OR HE WILL NOT FINISH WORK....
