Bill arrived a couple of days before to look at the system, and informed us that we didn't have the correct adaptor, which he did not have. We purchased the adaptor, and he came out to our home the next day. He climbed our tower antenna to attach the signal booster and surge protector. We now are able to obtain a good cellular signal without having to stand by a window in the house.

He moved our antenna from our apartment to our home. If we did it through the TV provider it was going to cost us over $500. The guy was really thorough. We live in a subdivision and it is going down a winding road to get to us because it is back in a corner, and he got lost getting here, but he came back again later to check his work and check everything was working for us, which he really wasn't required to do. If you have to move your satellite system, or need repairs to it, I would recommend you call this guy. He called us right back after we had called him, so his responsiveness is good.
