Sun Stream Carpet Cleaning

I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism I have always experienced from this company. The carpets we needed cleaned were old and very soiled. However, Earl did an excellent job and got them as clean as any professional service possibly could have. It's refreshing to deal with personnel who are conscientious with regard to the way they do their job. I never have to worry about whether or not everything that was moved is put back in its proper place and everything left as orderly as it was found. For all the reasons listed above, I highly recommend Sun Stream and believe anyone who chooses to engage their services will be equally pleased.

We needed them to work us into their schedule on short notice and they were able to come the next day. No issues, no problems, great job done.

Have been using Sun Stream for the last five years with great satisfaction. They always exceed my expectations and have gone out of the way to accommodate my requests. Attention to detail and have taken great care not to scratch or damage furniture, etc.

They are the very best. It doesn`t get any better than this. If they don`t get spots out, they will come back and redo them for free. How can you beat that? They came back to our house and refused to take any payment for redoing some spots. They even went back over the whole carpet.

I had unexpected guests coming in 2 days, and desperately needed the carpets cleaned on short notice. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer serves I received. They worked me into their schedule on short notice. When they arrived, they were professional and fast. I was pleased that they did not try to up-sell me with a bunch of extras services for additional cost (as I've heard other carpet cleaners will do). With 2 men working, they were amazingly fast! I could not have been more pleased.

They do a very good job. They get in and get out. They don't leave the carpet wet. We would recommend them highly. They are prompt and they are polite. They clean their shoes off. They have always been on time and they are very professional.

Terry Catron and his staff do an excellent job at a fair price. I have utilized Sunstream’s service at least six times over the past 6 years, most recently December 2014, (last 4 years also cleaned my in-law's carpets as well) and have been completely satisfied every time. Terry and his men have been respectful and courteous conducting themselves very professionally. They have always gone the second mile to accommodate and even moved things other carpet cleaners wouldn't touch. They have cleaned every carpet in my house including stairs, area rugs and the upholstery of two couches and a chair and did not fudge or cut corners. I also purchased Scotchguard protection and I received the protection for which I paid. I am sure of that because I knocked over a large glass filled with cola on my blue bedroom carpet. It bubbled in a puddle on the carpet surface and was still in a puddle when I ran back with towels and water to clean it up. In addition to all this before leaving they gave me two free sample bottles of spot cleaner which I love. So if you want thorough cleaning, great service from providers who are respectful, courteous and professional, you won't be disappointed with Sunstream.

I had a couple spots in the Pool Table room and another stain where water and leaked in by the outside wall. They asked me what had been spilled on the carpet so they would know how to best treat it. I was amazed when they were done that all spots and stains had been removed. They even said that if the one spot was to come back within 10 days, to call and they would come back out and treat it again. I originally had only requested to put the protector in the living room and dining room. When they were done cleaning, they stated they went ahead and put the protector on the hallway as they felt it was a high traffic area as well. They didn't charge me for that though. In one room where I had a few pet stains, they got most of those out and even added a deodorizer to that room. I was extremely pleased with their work. Another thing that they did was as they were leaving, they said if I were to notice a spot that either comes back or if I were to spill something and create a new spot within 10 days, they would come back out and clean it for free.
