Stone Terrace

It was amazing to us that although we contracted with this company on April 23 with an estimated start date of mid-June, with all the inclement weather between then and the end of June, they were able to arrive the end of June and complete on July 3. The weather was extremely hot during the project but they endured and completed it on schedule. The estimate was accurate and we added a few items during the project which were done well and on time. I would certainly hire them again for another project.

Patrick was very responsive to our request for a quote and maintained good communication throughout the lead time and the job itself. High quality workmanship from a friendly and professional crew. I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Stone Terrace was an excellent company to work with. Since it was an outdoor job, they continued to communicate with me when there was a delay due to weather conditions. I really appreciated their updates. Their work was professional. I liked working with a family owned business. Their team of workers included the owner and his son. They took pride in their work and it showed. We love our new patio.

The project went really well! We had a couple of other quotes and Patrick came in well below those, so low I had concerns about the quality of work. I even had one that came in 4x his price. I asked him if he had other projects he did that I could go take a look at and he provided me with a couple homeowners. I went to look at the projects and the owners had nothing but good to say. Additionally, I went to the materials supplier in Pendleton (Filburns) to look at the materials recommended for our project and they too had nothing but good to say. What stuck out to me was when they said “Patrick is not trying to make all of his money on one project.” I felt satisfied with the quality of work that I saw and the things people had to say so we hired him for our project. Patrick estimated two weeks for completion but was done in about 7 days including rain days. His son Dylan spent the most time on the project with Patrick coming in and overseeing the progress. We did need to make some changes along the way and they were very accommodating. Overall we are very happy with the project, it turned out better than we even imagined. I would certainly recommend Stone Terrace and Patrick Stone for any paver patio job you may be considering.

Patrick and Stone Terrace were great to work with! There crew replaced my retaining wall in no time. They were also able to do my back patio all in one project. Patrick was very easy to work with and his crew did an amazing job with the work and clean up! Thank you Patrick!

They were professional and did wonderful work. Their goal is to make sure the customer is happy and I thought they did a great job. I plan to hire them again. The two young men who came (after the estimator came out) were so polite and wanted my input throughout the process. They went above and beyond. If you hire this company, believe me, you will not be sorry.

I can't say enough about the crew from Stone Terrace. These guys ran into some obstacles with my ground being so hard and let me tell you, they worked their butts off. They were professional, courteous and answered any questions I had as they went along. Patrick also responded quickly whenever I would call or text. Am thankful for the care they took on my yard by wheelbarrowing everything in and out. Would not hesitate to hire them again!

They got it done quickly and we were very pleased with the design & workmanship. Had a change to the design which took awhile but caught him when he was on vacation. They made it up and very satisfied.

Everything was done efficiently & promptly with all costs as quoted. I liked working with Patrick as he was able to bring my vision to life in a reasonably priced manner. Their work with the pavers was flawless. Unlike other contractors I have worked with in Indiana they came when they said they would, they did what they said they would, and the only delays that occurred were caused by rain. I'm very pleased.

Great , they gave us a fair price. Was there when they said. Finished all work . We would highly recommend them to everyone. Getting ready to get estimate for a outdoor kitchen and sidewalk.

The owner, Patrick is nice and knowledgeable. They did a great job not tearing up our yard, they dug for the patio by hand and saved us costly repairs to our sprinkler system as a result! They did leave a lot of trash in our yard during the project, including cigarette butts, pop cans, food wrappers etc that were a problem because we have two dogs, but cleaned it up at the end of the week. After requesting they work on saturday to finish ( due to weather delays and a few shorter 5 hour work days). Bottom line, we love the patio, quality work with knowledgeable installers.

I used Stone Terrace.  It was pretty good.  I had a $30000 project done with them in my backyard.  They were here in January of 2105.  They could have had better communication of money needed after the work was done when we already signed a contract.
