This company was given several chances, but never got it right. The crew of two spent 10 minutes per week mowing and trimming, and it looked like it. The property line was never reached despite clarifying it on site with a crew member. Boundary lines were always curved, half of the trimming was always left undone, one area was left rutted, and grass trimmings were blown all over the garage door. I was forced to pull out my own lawn mower to either clean up their sloppy job or to mow altogether when they didn't have time for my lawn when the weather cleared for the week. These guys were also hired early in the season for spring clean-up and mulching which cost more than double of what I was quoted. Instead of adequately cleaning up the flower beds, they mulched over it, messily covering live portions of flowering plants and leaving the actual clean up to me later in the summer when I went back through to weed and clear out old leaves and dead portions of the plants. Furthermore, they were specifically asked to cover the gutter extensions with mulch which was never done. When asked to trim the flowering bushes, they did a complete whack job. Unsatisfied with the services, I contacted the owner on a number of occasions. He was always responsive and pledged to remedy the situation. The real remedy, however, would be to hire competent workers who give two cents about the quality of the work performed because nothing was ever resolved to my satisfaction.
