 + -1 moreHE'S A VERY GOOD ARTISAN WHO TAKES A LOT OF PRIDE IN HIS WORK. HE IS A VERY LOW COST FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT HE DOES. IT IS HIGH QUALITY WORK. HE USUALLY CALLS BACK WITHIN A DAY OF YOU LEAVING A MESSAGE.
Description of Work: HE DID EXTERIOR PAINTING OF THE SIDING AND TRIM. THE HOUSE IS ABOUT 40 PERCENT WOOD.

 + -1 moreTHIS IS A PAINTING COMPANY THAT WAS DRIVING IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD GIVING AN ESTIMATE ON A PAINTING JOB HE SAW THAT WE HAD A FALLEN TREE ACROSS OUR DRIVEWAY SO HE STOPPED AND MENTIONED THAT HE USED TO BE IN THE LANDSCAPING BUSINESS AND ASKED IF I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE HIM CUT IT UP AND TAKE IT AWAY. I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD ANOTHER COMPANY ON THEIR WAY IN ABOUT 1/2 HOUR; HE SAID HE WOULD WAIT. HE WAITED 10 OR 15 MINUTES AND THE OTHER COMPANY DIDNT SHOW WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME SO I GAVE RTS THE JOB. HE WENT AND RENTED A CHAIN SAW, CAME BACK AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING - GOOD CLEAN UP. I WAS HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING ANYONE TO TAKE THIS JOB.
Description of Work: HE CHOPPED UP A FALLEN 30 OR 35TREE FOR ME.
