Peace of Mind Pest Control LLC

Had birds/squirrels/possibly a raccoon in my attic, ken the owner saw my request for help on home advisor, and called me. He came out checked the attic out, did not bring a ladder to inspect it from the exterior, set 2 traps and left. Many calls and txts to his business that were not answered or returned. Many appointments he did not show to or even bother to let me know other important issues needed to be addressed prior to mine. First time here we signed a contract and I paid (which I'll never do again!!!) paid $425 for nothing. Explained that I wanted a refund as the services were not taken care of, he said he can't do that as the expense of materials. Mind you he sprayed "pest repellent foam on any small possible points of entry that he got from Lowe's and that can I assure you did not cost $425. Said he would be back today to repair the hole from the exterior. Didn't show, didn't call. Unreal how unprofessional this "business" is. Don't waste your time or money. Stay away. Just out there taking hard earned money from single mothers.
