THE SALES STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, AND READY TO ASSIST YOU IN ANY WAY THEY POSSIBLY CAN. I'VE NEVER HAD TO SEARCH FOR ANYTHING. ONCE I BEGIN A SEARCH IN EARNEST, SOMEONE ALWAYS SHOWS UP TO OFFER THEIR HELP. WHEN YOU CAN'T FIND WHAT YOU NEED AT ONE OF THE LARGE HARDWARE STORES THIS STORE ALWAYS HAS WHAT YOU NEED. AND IF THEY DON'T AND YOU CAN WAIT, THEY WILL ORDER WHAT YOU NEED. IT'S A WONDERFUL HARDWARE STORE.
