My daughter is an AU student.  I was concerned that she might be "taken" and have unnecessary services performed.  They identified the issues quickly, recommended only the necessary repairs and charged a reasonable price.  They did note of possible services that may need to be performed in the future but recommended to delay those services as the repairs were not necessary at this time.  My daughter greatly appreciated the manner in which she was treated and that they vacuumed the car.

The people at Mitch Smith Auto were very courteous and pleasant to work with. They completed my repair quickly and the price was reasonable based on the work that was done. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

Mitch, Michael, Steve and the rest of the team are great to work with.  I have been there many times and have spent over $7,000 with them so far.  They are very honest and trustworthy.  I can't recommend them highly enough.

I called last week to schedule appointment with Mitch Smith Service, because of their rating and good reviews on Angie's List.  I want to say I am impressed!  Wow! 

Appointment was scheduled for oil change, tune up and whatever they found, if needed. Friendly, professional phone contact.

Friendly, professional personal contact from start to finish at the appointment also.

I went to the service location which was very easy to find.  I could tell right away that Mitch Smith workers cared for their workplace by the very clean building - from front door thru the back service area.  Their waiting area is immaculate! with water bottles, coffee service, plenty of magazines of all interests, television, and furniture that was very comfortable.  Restrooms nearby also.

Another customer in the waiting lounge told me that once you come here, you won't go anywhere else.  He mentioned a time when Mitch's had done towing and emergency service for his vehicle.

The oil change was performed with all the listed procedures above.  No other item was found to be needing service.  The work was done in a very timely manner!

I had a short tour of the facility and believe me when I say it's a clean place.  They take pride in their work and work areas.

They do towing, AAA also if needed.  That is a plus when you are in a fix.

Would I go there again - Definitely! 

In my opinion, if you don't go to Mitch Smith Auto Service, you are missing out on a great, customer friendly, reliable auto experience.

I had taken my 2001 Lexus RX-300 (199,000 miles) to local dealer with brake issues and power steering fluid leak. Was told I needed front and rear brake work, and power steering pump replaced for a second time in three years. Quote for all of this work was about $2000, close to the trade-in value of the vehicle itself! I went onto Angie's List to research local independent shops for a second opinion (my first experience with Angie's List, by the way!), and came across Mitch Smith's shop. I called and spoke with Mike, who got my vehicle in the same day, assessed and had work completed the next! As well, the power steering issue was found to be a less costly repair.
All in all, I am extremely happy with the service at this shop, and plan to bring both my vehicles here in the future for all my service needs. Great people, great service, and great value. And "props" to Angie's List, for bringing this company to my attention!

found Mitch Smith Auto Service and noticed their  A+ rating.. Very professional Staff and The  office and shop is immaculate

This is an overdue review posting for me. Though I honestly do not recall the actual service need at the time, I do absolutely recall that Mitch Smith Auto Service did provide expert and prompt diagnosis and repair of the problem with my daughter's car. In fact, when the car was to be picked up, Mitch himself observed from the front desk window something underneath the car that concerned him, and it turned out to only be normal air-conditioner condensation that had pooled underneath it on that humid day.

I have personally sensed and observed Mitch Smith's pride in his business, his work, and the abilities and work of his Technicians. After picking up a car in a previous situation, I arrived at the end of the business day and commented that Mitch himself was cleaning some part of the floor of their large garage repair facility. When I commented about "Mister Big, Himself" (Mitch Smith) mopping the floor, he replied to the effect "Of course!" and with a smile...all while some of the staff and Technicians there were just beginning to prepare a small cookout for some special recognition. Mitch owns the business and he knows his stuff and he is NOT some detached owner where he has "bodies" doing the work in some greasy shop. Greasy jobs abound and grease happens, but Mitch keeps his facilities and equipment clean and in ship-shape. Mitch knows his stuff and is dedicated to his business, his people, and his customers. His people know their stuff, too. I have been pleased and satisfied with repair services on each of the different occasions where I have needed Mitch Smith Auto Service. They do very good work at Mitch Smith Auto Service. I absolutely recommend Mitch Smith Auto Service.

My daughter's Honda Civic blew an engine.   We pulled Mitch's company off Angie's list because the car broke down 100 miles from home.   Mitch immediately put my mind at ease and went above the level of service required.   They towed my car immediately and began the search for a replacement engine to meet our needs.   Mitch knew our budget was tight and worked to find the right engine for our budget.  Additionally, he waited for over 1 month to begin the work.   This allowed me time to pay for the repairs.    This is the best auto repair experience I have ever had.   The facility is spotless.   The people are capable and friendly.   The price and terms were beyond fair.   Mitch even came in on a Saturday (they are not open weekends) to meet me with the car.   
The car was cleaned up and Mitch's team even fixed a few items (hood latch was broken, trim popped off  and gas tank access door was broken) as a matter of excellent customer service.
I can't say enough about this experience.    Very positive.

We (our extended family) have used Mitch Smith Automotive for years for all our auto maintenance (I have SIX cars!) and have never been disappointed. This is a shop that is all about customer service and repeat business, so they treat you well and stand behind their work.  They are not the least expensive shop you can find, but they do the work right and stand behind it.  This is a shop that "gets it" when it comes to customer service.  I highly recommend them.

My first experience with Mitch Smith and his crew.  Cleanest garage I have ever seen in my life.  It was obvious that everyone there took pride in their work and handled themselves in a professional manner.  I also had my car detailed by one of their employees--Coty Miller.  Veheicle has not looked this good since I purchased it a few years ago.

I always have my auto service work done by Mitch Smith Auto. I have NEVER been disappointed. They are extremely professional--both in customer relations and, most importantly, in diagnosing and correcting the problem. They also are excellent communicators.

I spent around $3500 on the job. I found him through the engine company. I got a couple of other quotes locally. He was $2000 cheaper than the other companies. I talked to him and I was very pleased with what I heard on the phone. I was pleased with the guarantee, too. So, I decided to use him. The work was great. I couldn?t have been more pleased. I will use him again in the future, if required.

He is very honest and is very good at diagnosing things. He did something for me once and did not even charge me for it. He may a be little bit higher in prices in some things, but he is better and I know he is honest. He specializes in transmission and is good at working on foreign car. His employees are all top notch.
