SHERRIE H.
Jun 2007
My house was built in 1928 and has had a few problem areas where water leaked in the basement. When I removed the OLD deck I found the slope of the concrete was wrong and water pooled at one spot by the deck. I also found the main electrical wire was above ground under the deck and it was indoor instead of underground cable. I'm having a new patio poured so the electrical needed to be buried not only for aesthetics but also for code reasons. I contacted several contractors for estimates. Trace was the only one who came up with a solution that did not interfere with the patio being poured. His estimate was in line with the other contractors but their solution would have cost more in coordination with the concrete contractors. Trace was very accommodating and helpful. He was always onetime and returned calls promptly. I am VERY satisfied with his work and will hire him again when I need electrical work done in the house. I would highly recommend him.
