Landscape Yard or Garden Installation
I hired JP Landscape for 3 projects on my yard. After setting a date for the work, JP Landscape did not show on the agreed upon date with no call or communication. I attempted to reschedule several times and each time, they cancelled at the last minute. I was only successful in getting 1 of my 3 jobs completed (mulching). The 2nd was only partially completed yet fully paid for. The 3rd was never begun, but not paid for. I attempted several times to get JP Landscape services to at least finish the work I paid for but all calls and texts have gone unreturned. I understand that delays happen but I expect good communication from those I hire and I absolutely expect a company to finish the work they were paid for. I would not recommend this company.
