Very demeaning. Continued to interrupt and cut me off mid statement. Instantly felt like I was attacking or being aggressive towards his business. I had questions to a service my rental company provided, treated me as if I was stupid. The answer I was looking for was answered but it could’ve been answered in such a kinder way. I know personally when a business is good they don’t have to boast about it. It’s just good. Sometimes service isn’t what we expect or want although as a business owner your explanation can take all of the worry away. Or make it worse. The man I spoke to made it worse. Not happy.

We discussed my concerns regarding observing carpenter ants in bathrooms however at time of his visit no ants were present. He inspected in crawl space and could find no evidence of ant infestation. He said it was too wet outside (there had been heavy rain the night before) to effectively spray. He recommended I observe for a while longer and if ants return when weather turned warmer to call him back. I offered to pay for his visit but he wouldn't accept any payment for current visit. Since then I have seen an occasional ant but per Hess, my control measures of setting out ant baits most likely will take care of them. At this point, I've not felt the need to call him back, but wouldn't hesitate to do so should the ants return.

Will call them again

We spend about $55 on that service. He is extremely prompt and the price is right. The work that he does is an on-going warranty work. He is also very conscientious about the homeowner's time.
