HENRY'S SPRINKLER SYSTEMS & MAINTENANCE

Henry is a nice person and tries to do a good job. We had a pretty difficult problem to fix and he wasn't able to follow through with completion of the job.  For minor sprinkler problems he would likely do a good job.The problem is that he said he would follow through with our job but didn't.

It turned out pretty good. I was out of town when they did it and I would have appreciated a call. When it comes to a sprinkler system you have set the timers when the thing would come on and all of that. I guess I should have followed up and asked them, but it would have been cool to get a phone call to say they are finished and asked if I have any questions. The settings on how the sprinkler system was set, came to be a little overkill. I had a lot of water. When I got back it was very oversaturated.

Henry arrived promptly, tested and explained our sprinkler system. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

We have had nothing but pleasant dealings with Henry. He and his partner did a great job installing and programming the system at a very fair price (we received quotes from two other companies). After about a month after the installation, we had a problem with one of the sprinkler heads not retracting into the ground and Henry came out right away and fixed it at no extra cost. We are very happy with the company and the irrigation system!

It went just as he promised, he took care of everything.

He is very personable and very consciensious.

I use him in both the spring and fall, as well as anytime I have an issue with my sprinklers. I had a main line break one time on a Sunday. I called him and he was more than happy come fix it in the middle of the day.
