Flow-Rite Guttering

They were going to put my gutters up at the end of June, but I was going to be out of town so I wouldn't be available. So I called on June 29th to let them know I would be back in town starting that Wednesday and they could come do the gutters. I didn't hear from them so I called again July 13th. They said they would call on Monday and I never heard from them. Then I called again July 20 and I got the same thing. They said they were busy and would call me on Monday, but they never did and they just put it up a week ago. I said something to him that I had called so many times and I never got a call back. He just said he had trouble finding good help. But still, he could've still called me back. They took to long to come to me. I kept calling and calling and they never would call back. I should not have even had to call. Another company that had done my roof hired Flow-rite to fix my gutters. It took them over a month before they came. The other company had to pay for the gutter because they bent it. I wanted him to realize I was unhappy. When he came, he was a real nice man, real nice, but I did say that I called him several times for him to come and put my gutter up and I never got a response and he blamed it on not having good workers. He couldn't find any good workers.

When they removed the old guttering they discovered some of the facia board was rotten. My husband drove to buy new lumber and the gutter crew continued removing the old gutters and downspouts. With the new lumber, the crew measure, cut, and installed the new facia boards,

   We were preparing the house for sale, and the existing gutters had an inadequate number of downspouts, were installed incorrectly, leaked and had been painted black. The repairs to our siding looked wonderful. We also had some soffit missing, and they replaced that.  All of the repair work was outstanding. They installed new 6" gutters, correctly sloped, with adequate downspouts. They also installed additional gutters, as needed, for the 2nd story, with separate downspouts to prevent overflows in the lower gutters.

  He guaranteed the corners would not leak.  The work was completed in one day and the appearance of the house was radically changed for the better. It looks beautiful. They were efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. There was not a single piece of metal or debris in the yard. We have had several hard rains, with wind, and there has not been any dripping, leaking or overflows.

AGREED UPON $1100.00, BUT HE KEPT GIVING REASONS WHY HE NEEDED MORE MONEY THAN THE AMOUNT WE AGREED UPON. DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE. WORK WAS DONE ON THE GUTTERS AT THE TOP OF THE HOUSE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE WILLING TO PUT THE SCREENS IN. THEY GOT BACK TO ME SOONER THAN THEY EVEN SAID THEY WOULD, AND CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO COME OUT, WHICH REALLY PLEASED ME! I HAD TWO GUTTERS THAT WERE CLOGGED, I WAS REALLY, REALLY PLEASED!

THEY WERE GREAT! OUR GUTTERS ARE 50 FT. OFF THE GROUND AND THE WORK WAS DONE IN NO TIME. THEY WERENT INTRUSIVE AT ALL. WE THOUGHT THE BILL WAS GOING TO BE MORE BUT THEY GAVE US A REASONABLE PRICE. THEY GAVE US A LOT OF HELPFUL INFO ON HOW TO PREVENT LEAF BUILD UP IN OUR GUTTERS. THEY EVEN TOLD US THEY ONLY NEED TO COME BACK TWICE A YEAR INSTEAD OF FOUR TIMES.

MY ORIGINAL CALL WAS RETURNED IN 6 DAYS. HOWEVER, WHEN HE CALLED HE CAME OUT TO PERFORM THE SERVICE THAT DAY, WITHIN ONE HOUR.
