Don gave a bid with an estimated finish time of Thanksgiving. He started the job then began to only work once a week at most. By Christmas he was 4 weeks behind schedule and rarely appearing to work. He asked for an advance on some draws claiming he needed it for supplies to finish the job. He then abandoned the job. Took the money and ran.
