+ -1 moreALTHOUGH THE PRICE FOR SERVICE THROUGH THIS COMPANY WAS REASONABLE, THE SERVICE WAS HORRENDOUS! MY REALTOR, THE TITLE COMPANY AND I WERE LIED TO BY THE CONTACT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. DEADLINES WERE MISSED, AND I NEVER CLOSED ON THE PROPERTY. I WOULD ADVISE THOSE LOOKING FOR A MORTGAGE BROKER TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: AS A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER, I CONTRACTED WITH THIS MORTGAGE BROKER TO GET ME A GOOD RATE AND DO THE LEGWORK FOR SECURING A HOME MORTGAGE LOAN. THIS STARTED WITH A PRE-APPLICATION PROCESS AND APPROVAL AND WAS TO CONCLUDE WITH THE CLOSING ON MY HOME.
