They did a good job. I would recommend them. But for what they did, I could do myself. My interactions with them were good.

11 yrs ago our family found termites while building an addition so we began a contract with Baxter. For 11 years they have been coming to our family's house and saying they have found no activity! As of this May 2014 when I had a home inspection for the sale of my home, they found termite damage totaling $7000. Baxter's lawyer has called to tell the family that they are not liable. Their contract states that they are not liable if there is damage done, yet the contract was to guarantee that they would treat my home if they found activity. They said they found no activity, yet it was there all along. Is their contract good for anything? I am now $7000 in debt for repairs to my home and another $2750 for a worthless contract.

They were prompt, even early. We were very happy with them.

A gentleman came ,on time, and explained where and what he was to spray. My dog and I were to be out of the house for 3 hrs. When we came home, there was no smell of anykind. They took care of the problem. If I see an ant, its dead.

The cost was for initial application for an every 90 day inspection program for reapplication if and where necessary. This is the second house that I have used their program and they have always been reasonably priced, very thorough, effective and courteous. I highly recommend them.

We live out in the country and they keep us pest free. They are very prompt.

They take care of everything. The technicians are nice and professional, they ask me if I've seen anything if I'm home, and I think they are terrific. I would recommend them. If I see ants, they come within two or three days if not sooner.

My husband was deployed overseas at the time and dealing with a rodent or pest was the last thing I needed. The inspection was completely free, they were prompt, timely and very informative. Our home was inspected from the outside and inside areas, he also crawled into our crawl space to determine if there was any activity or evidence under our house. Upon finding signs of a suspected rat/chipmunk, he walk me around the entire house and showed me where to seal up and how to seal up so the problem would not continue. he also showed me the signs he looks for, which was very helpful. Becuase we did not want to kill the animal (poisen due to young children in the house) he suggested live traps that would work for us. I was very impressed as the gentlmen even fixed a few loose vents that the critter had done damage too at no charge! They do not catch chipmunks but made recommedations on who to call if we could not capture it. I would use again for ant/spider or pest control.

Baxter tried several times to get the racoon out. He must have came 10 times and tried really hard. The racoon eventually left though. They didn't ask for any money, but we paid him anyway.
