Outstanding! Paul met with me to explain different ways to handle the install. He then discussed the options with me to find out from me what I actually wanted. We went over the entire house as he pointed out potential spots for vents. We also did a quick peek in the attic (it was HOT up there) as he showed me the plan for the ductwork. With the help of my two grandsons, I got all the accumulated junk our of the attic to give the workers room to do their thing. Then I stayed out of their way. Dave, Craig, and Danny showed up when expected and started the work. They appeared to have put in a couple of long workdays during the process(and I know that it was hot in that attic). The entire project took 4 days (still waiting for the gas line, of course). The work crew represented their company well: they did not use foul language, they did not use tobacco on my property, and they were neat in their appearance. This was a very professional job. When it was finished, I knew that I had chosen the right people. By the way, I got bids from two other contractors. They each talked with me for about 5 minutes total (they didn't even look around in my house). Paul was the only one who took the time to find out what I really wanted.

They were real nice. They are always helpful. It was a holiday and all of my family was here when the furnace went out and they came out. I felt so bad because I felt like he probably should of been with his family. They were good.

Arrow Heating and Cooling service staff are awesome and did a good job. They are responsive to their clients needs especially one time the furnace is making a funny noise one day and we do not know what was happening so we called the guy from Arrow Heating and Cooling and he came out on a Saturday morning looks like the end of November which is after Thanksgiving and he came on a Saturday morning and look at it and fixed it. It was amazing!
