Pest Control
There was no communication. The guy showed up without proper tools to do the work and it was just a mess so I fired him. It was my initial visit for this year. I have been a customer of theirs and for the last 3 years, the exact same things have happened. I thought it was time to discontinue giving them my money. They blew off an appointment. They were supposed to meet me, but they didn't show up. They never even came out and pick up their bait station so I have no idea what to do. I like the guy that runs the place. He is a fairly decent guy, but I think he's got idiots working for him. I wouldn't recommend them and I won't use them.

Pest Control, Home Inspection
We have been using them for many years. They were the company already providing annual inspections when I bought my house in 1985 and I just stayed with them. I haven't searched for another one, so I don't know if they stand out and it is just a matter of convenience. I haven't compared pricing to anyone else.
