We brought the carpet in, and the installer came to install the carpet.  He rolled it and it was not correct.  The carpet was like of 2 different colors.  So the installer said that he wouldn’t put it in our house and he also wouldn’t want it in his house.  That was the first plus for us.  It took a little extra time to get what we needed, but it was worth his honesty and we would go back.  His pricing was competitive and his quality was very good.  His responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were very good.

The larger bathroom and dressing area was installed without a hitch. Looked beautiful and perfectly done without a seam in both areas. There was no seam even where they connected in the doorway. However, the installer cut the product incorrectly and at first installation put a seam in the smaller bathroom. When we told the owner of Pro Floors about this, he very quickly came out to see the floor and agreed with us without any argument at all that this was not done correctly. He gave us a choice of leaving it as is and giving us our money back or of having it redone at no cost to us. It took another two weeks for the owner of Pro Floors to get new product in, but then it was installed again perfectly and correctly. So, even though a mistake was made by the installer, Pro Floors made it right and in the end, we have beautiful new floors in the both upstairs bathrooms and dressing area. There was no problem getting Pro Floors to correct the mistake. We would definitely recommend their products and services and use them again in the future.

Installation was completed by Butch Ellis and his assistant. Bathroom tile completed in five hours on 6/5/14 by only Mr. Ellis. Remainder of installation took place from 6/11/14 to 6/20/14 with 8 of those days working in the home. No days were full 8 hours of work. Installation was done well. Installers were professional, respectful, informative, punctual, friendly without being intrusive. I would recommend Mr. Ellis as an installer. Installation itself is not the reason I would not use this company in the future. The A rating given for punctuality above relates to actual installation. Prior to first visit to Pro-Floors I called several flooring businesses with my primary question to them being whether or not said businesses could have flooring installed on or before 6/5/14. Pro-Floors stated that they would be able to do this and that they would help me choose flooring that would allow them to receive it from their warehouse in Indianapolis in time to have it installed by aforementioned date of 6/5/14. With this assurance I met with Shelby at Pro-Floors to pick out new flooring. Shelby was knowledgeable and friendly. At this time Shelby and I confirmed again that the flooring I had chosen would allow for completion of installation by 6/5/14. Second trip made to Pro-Floor on 5/21/14 to confirm order and made payment for materials after owner Nick Hinton came to my home to measure rooms. Follow up phone call to Pro-floors the following week was made. Spoke with owner Nick Hinton. At this time I was told that carpet was on back order. Dates for installation for week after 6/5/14 were suggested for installation to begin. I reminded Mr. Hinton that our goal was for completion of installation on or before 6/5/14. I was told this would not be an option. Mr. Hinton appeared to be unaware of previously agreed upon completion date. Pro-Floors did work with me to have bathroom flooring installed on 6/5/14. Primary concern with Pro-Floors is that they did not complete installation as indicated. I should have gotten the completion date in writing prior to placing order.

Cost was for installation only; materials were purchased separately. Installer was on time and worked consistently. We are very pleased with his workmanship and attention to trim detail. Everyone was friendly and eager to please us.

I was very satisfied with the work they did. The price was good. They were very responsive. I would use them in the future.

The vinyl installer was amazing. We had a laundry room, half bath, hall, and large mud room that was going to be covered with the same vinyl. The installer laid this vinyl in a single sheet, with NO seams between these rooms!  Then he laid vinyl in an adjacent room and the seam is literally invisible.  This house is a split (tri) level and it has stairs from the living room to the upstairs, from the living room to the lower level, and a set of stairs from the kitchen to the lower level.  Nick and his crew were able to install everything flawlessly. They were fast, professional, pleasant and courteous and left not a stitch of debris behind.  If we decide to finish the basement, we will definitely call them again!
