They were punctual and very responsive. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and they came out on Monday morning. Because I had had the septic tank cleaned out only a few months earlier, they recommended having the fingers cleaned out. They were able to come back the next day and complete the work quickly. The only issue that I had was when I called the office, I usually talked to a lady that seemed to be on a cell phone and at sometimes did not have good reception. However, this is understandable since, at times, I was calling past hours.
