The weather was HOT.... this was a big job....the guys worked from early morning until dark. They were all clean and well mannered. They were here for approximately 4 days. They were excellant at keeping the access road open so people could come and go from their condos. This company and there employees were great to work with, and we certainly will hire them again. Because of the weather and long working hours, we treated them to pizza for lunch one day.
Description of Work: The employees of Kleenco, did three jobs for us. They removed old concrete around storm sewers and rebuilt them, they removed damaged asphalt road paving, milled out, and replaced, they did extensive crack filling on all our roads. After the job was done, we noticed some cracks that had bid missed, they return,and filled in the missed cracks. After about 6 weeks, we noticed a low area on the drive that did not drain properly, after a phone call, Kleenco returned and resurfaced that area to get better drainage.
